Good morning everyone! I have a question for the guru's. What does it consist of too take a 2012 F-550 with a 6.7 and remove and put a 2008 6.4 in its place? Will it mechanically adapt without major modifications and if so what will have to be performed? Also will the wiring harness mate and if not what will need to be re-pinned, spliced, or etc..? The reason I'm asking is because I have a abundance of 08 f-550's and F-450's with 6.4's. I only have 1 2012 F-550 with a blown up 6.7. I really like the 2012 look and options, also it's a crew cab. I have a lot of extra goodies from a 08 F-250 4x4 crew cab super duty as well that I would like to incorporate, but first I want to get some expert advice on the swap if I could.
