06/07 5.9l Cummins to 2004 2500HD 8.1. What do I all need ?

I posted a thread on what year works best, but the 06/07 5.9 looks like it's the best one. I've read that the 8.1 conversion is a bit easier
I know i need a bellhousing adapter. I've found that
I'll use a durtymax intercooler
I've located the following;
Motor mounts
High A/C mount
Throttle pedal mount
Really could use the forums help. Thanks
