Nope, it will have to be a stock tune before you can re program it. Why do you think it has a programmer? The LB7 is a pretty strong engine.

My quad tuner saves the stock tune and then it does it own mods to it, and when i return back to stock it reloads the stock tune.

Some tuners are different, they're are many ways to make HP with programming.

trying to get it as stock as possible would be the best bet.

you should dyno it to see what it is putting out. i think the numbers should be 20 percent less than flywhell numbers. if it is less than 20 percent you know it has a programmer on it

I would get it flashed to stock at the dealer, then put whatever programming you like so you know what you have.

Yes, but make sure you take it to a mod friendly dealership or they may tag your vin. You are most likely going to have to pay $100.00 for the re flash.
