1997 6.5 delete
Hi Guys,,
So i have a 1997 k1500 with the 6.5. I wud really like to delete the EGR on it. I know the best way is to get the VIN F intake upper and lower. but will the ECM be happy? will it throw codes? can i just get an ECM from like a k3500 with a VIN F with an automatic transmission like mine or will it VIN Lock? I am curious if I could get my hands on a GM TECH2 scanner cud i reflash it myself? thanks so much for all the help Ben
