Default 2008 Cummins exhaust, can I just remove the muffler and leave everything else
I'm a a newbie but want to remove the muffler only. Does anyone know how this will affect the engine and since there's no vehicle inspection would it matter. W err only have a yearly emissions check.

Default Muffler delete
I have an 08' that I installed a dpf back 5" exhaust system and I left out the muffler, no problem with it, it didn't even make it louder.
