A couple days ago I changed the starter. It ran fine till the first time I shut it off. Now it idles at 1300 rpm and engine rocks bad. You can get the engine to stop rocking by giving it throttle. But while driving rpms jump to 2500 and drop to 2000 repeatedly. The water in fuel light came on so we bleed the system 5 times and still does it. And now its throwing a p1218 code.
