Oil pressure problems

Okay so I recently traded for this truck and just did the oil change on it but I have noticed the oil pressure gauge at idle is running lower then 40 is this a major problem or should I not worry?

I would advise you to put a direct oil line pressure gauge on the engine to see what the actual oil pressure is rather than just believing the factory electrical unit, because sometimes the electric gauges lie.
