I have a 1994 Chevy k2500 5spd with the 6.5 turbo diesel (vin code F). It spits and sputters upon cold starts when accelerating (even after letting it idle for 15+ minutes). As the trucks is run, and warms up, it seems to stop for the most part with a occasional jerk and sputter. The PMD has been replaced, and relocated, has a new Lift pump, New oil pressure switch, and new fuel filter. Truck has a manual waste gate turbo (gm-4), and I have good boost when driving (between 5-12 psi depending on how hard I'm into the throttle). Every once in awhile, the truck will shut down when I try to drive it (when i first put it into gear) and you litteraly spend round 30 minutes and sometimes longer gettingnit to fire back up. It has me stumped.
