What lift jack do you use for your 1st Gen CTD?

I have 2 of the original bottle-style and just bought a 36" Bulldog Farm Jack.

Just curious.

Now I'm thinking this farm jack

isn't going to work. I don't see anywhere that I can get it under the truck far enough to reach a lifting point.
