Just would like to know if Heath Diesel are still Operating, I tried calling this morning , but it was disconnected.
The situation is that, I ordered and paid for some parts 9 weeks ago ( close to $1000 worth), I tried several times to contact them via email, and got no response, then I called them ( 4 weeks after the order was placed) and was told all was good they were out of stock and expecting the parts that day, and they will have the order dispatched in the next day or so, After another two weeks, another phone call, response was, there was a delay with the stock order, parts are there now and will be sent out next day. So how it has been another three weeks, and I made another phone call only to get the message that the phone is disconnected.
I am in Australia so shipping from the US usual takes between 3 to 10 days, and this is why there was a long waiting time in between calls chasing these parts up. I had heard good things about "Heath Diesels" customer service and parts, while researching . But so far I have not seen it, There may be some problems over there and I will keep on trying to contact them, but if anyone there can let me know at least if they are still open.
