I have an 01 24 Val 2nd gen Cummings it sat for about a year and a half changed all fluids new fuel filter and all that good junk new fuel pump in tank but still can't seem to either get it to prime or my ecm isn't letting the pumps kick on

Yea I was able to use ether to start it and no fuel to the injectors hoping it's not the vp44 pump I em honestly hoping that some small electrical problem instead ya know
