Default white smoke on crank ups

Every morning after I crank up my 2001 F350 7.3 It smokes white for about 3-5 mins then goes away. It has a diesel smell like its not burning the fuel. Could it be a few bad glow plugs? It does it the worst when its colder and not so much when weather is in the 75's and up. The truck has 361k miles on it and original injectors. Anyone ever have this issue before and might know what it is? Maybe the Glow plug relay? Thanks for any help.

Default White smoke

When was the last time you changed your glow plugs? Living in Wisconsin I change mine about every 2 yrs. But I think it about every 100 thousand miles. White smoke is fuel not burning, usally only happens when it''s cold out and first start up of the day.
