Does the Ecm need reflashed needed a tuner?
2007, 5.9, 6speed (g56), dually,4x4. Truck is deleted with 4” straight pipe off the turbo, cold air intake, running a edge juice w/attitude (will be used for gauges only). This is how I bought it, no engine codes. Is it safe to say that the ecm has some type of tune to get rid of any engine codes? If I go with either a EFI Live or smarty will I need the ecm reflashed by the dealer? Reason I’m asking is I have a recall (passenger air bag sensor or something) and it’s goin in next week. If I need it flashed I want to make sure they do it. Also, anyone know if the dealer will do it automatically or is this something they don’t do unless asked?

There is no deleting to do on a 5.9, it doesn't have all that garbage. Whether ti has a tune is something you will have to investigate but Smarty will get you a recovery flash that will set it to stock if needed.
