Default Looking for a oem catalytic converter

I live in the great state of California........... Do I need to say anything else?...... I'm looking for a 3rd gen 5.9 oem cat that looks good on the outside. Doesn't have to be good on the inside. I live in a mountain town and just need to pass a visual inspection. If anyone has one and would be willing to ship it let me know. Thanks

I have one I'd let go for shipping + $50. I bought it from another member about 5 years ago "in case" I ever needed it. Starting to look like I'm not going to need it. It's in Colorado and not exactly the lightest piece of freight, so let me know if you can't find anything closer/better.

If you could get me a rough measurement and weight so I can look into the cost to ship, that would be greatly appreciated. If you could snap a couple pics to.

Here it sits in the rafters of my garage:

Dodge 5.9 '07 Cat

It's about 3' long overall and probably around 25 pounds.

Sorry I'm at work right now. That's exactly what I'm looking for. I don't know what you'd rather do. You send me your address and I try to figure the shipping or I send you mine and you figure a total cost. I've been looking for one here in CA for a couple months with no luck so this would be my best bet right now.

I'll get quotes from UPS and USPS - what's your address?

Hollow that bitch out, and cut off the pipe-ends and it'll be a heck of a lot lighter. When I lived in California, I pulled my cat and hollowed it out. Then I fitted a length of 4 inch pipe through the "case", welded the ends, then re-installed it. Damn thing looked "factory" and passed visual every time. "Take that EPA!!"
Now I live in Texas, so there's no need to worry about it anymore.

I know this is from awhile back but, if you are buying a used catalytic converter, ask the smog shop first if you need a new one or if a used stock will be enough, I live in sacramento, CA. I have a 03 dodge and bought a used converter, no shop will smog my truck, it sucks.
