Question I need help guys

Alright boys i'm lost, I have a 2001 24v cummins and im having a problem.
Truck isnt building more than 10 lbs of boost and thats if i floor is in 3rd gear.
Truck has edge cts juice with attitude, with an afe 64mm bladerunner, and 150hp injectors.
Fuel pressure is fine idling about 17-18 lowest it will get is about 13 while running it down the road. Map sensor has been replaced about a month ago thinking it would help my problem, i've check all my boots no leaks that i can find, and the turbo is spooling i can hear it, it is loud as hell. No excessive smoke while driving if not any at all as i run the programmer on stage 1. EGts are running high, but i believe that's due to no boost. Maybe its in limp mode I'm not sure. Today i unplugged the boost fooler from the programmer and plugged the stock on back in and that didn't do any thing. I even sprayed wd-40 on the wastegate as a last thought thinking it may have been seized up. All the aftermarket parks have no more than 16,000 miles on them. I'm open to all suggestions because I am about done fooling with.

That's a big turbo you need bigger injectors. What are the specs of it?

Check for boost leaks. Other than that I would recommend bigger injectors.
