Default Possible Overfueling?

Hey guys have not been on in here in a few years. Recently acquired a 2007 Mega cab 5.9 with some mods. Currently has FASS 150, 50hp injectors, EFI LIVE. Hx35 with wicked wheel. On stock/modified setting, Im worried there is some overfueling going on. With no load at about 2500ft elevation going up A 15% Grade or so, EGT's will spike to about 1300, im currently taking it out of overdrive when going up any grade UNLOADED. I know these Third gens run hotter but is this about right? Last truck I had was a 94 12v with the NV 4500.. thanks guys.

Sounds about right depending on tune. I can get to 1300 running a similar grade with a mild tune. I just ease into the base of it keep it in 4th and don't let the tc lock to keep boost up (18+psi) to keep egt about 1k. You can try a different tune with less fuel, I have fass 150, stock turbo, and 100hp sticks with efi. I will be doing 2nd swap once my manifold gets here, larger turbo and 2nd gen manifold will help lower temps!

I've got the BD 3 piece exhaust manifold, heater grid delete with bigger intake elbow. Guess im just not used to the higher readings on these third gens! Thanks for the input
