Default heavy smoke

Well I finally got my truck running
Turns out the injector pump I had tested and showed good was actually bad.

But know I have a lot of smoke coming out of the dipstick while running and out of the air filter housing when shut off. There's a little smoke out of the exhaust.
I got the truck about 9 mouths ago and it sat for over 3 years with out running. I don't know if the previous owner had this issue when the truck ran.

I don't know if this is something to be concerned with or what to do to fix it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's blow-by. Clean or replace the CDR and see if it clears up.
