Names Joe and I have a 2000 Dodge ram 2500 24v Cummins 5 speed. It has about 421,000 miles on it and still runs strong. Just replaced the upper and lower balljoints and the pitman arm and the inner and outter tie rods. My question is it just recently developed a whining noise and i can hear it best by the back of my drivers door and the passenger side as well. It can be at idle and i can hear it but while i'm driving I just hear the turbo. anybody have any suggestions, same problems as i'm having or a solution...........
