I recently replaced the ICP on my son's 7.3 after it cracked and leaked oil everywhere. The truck starts and runs but runs like it has lope tune (rough). I checked the oil in the HPOP and added a little. The truck ran smooth when I was looking for the leak but was down on power. Now it acts like it's going to come apart.

Do I need to prime something or is there something I may be missing?

How many miles have you put on it since?

 

Maybe 2

 

Drive it more, sounds like you have air in the system
