Worst case Is an injector body is cracked and you will need to find it and replace it. Often times depending on mileage on them it is best to replace them all. Cycle the key 3 times and see if there are any codes

so I started taking the injectors out today and it turns out I have a broken exhaust valve. its damaged the bottom of the injector and bent the push rod so next job is to take the head off and take a good look at whats happened.
