If you can believe it my friends 06 transmission is garbage. I thought it was crazy too I told him a 48re is the strongest thing out there and should be able to hold nearly 200hp without problems. Lol but his gears and clutchs are starting to get pretty and was wondering what a good master rebuild kit is that is slightly better than stock

 

Call Goerend they will hook you up! It's a great tranny IF you put in a TQ VB and Billet input shaft they have it all! Best customer service!

 

He went the cheaper route and ordered some other kit with raybestos clutches and ordered a valve body and didn't have money for a tq converter but I'm excited to see how it works out. Either it'll be amazing it was cheap and works or it'll be funny because it's still a 48re and trying to explode
