You have a few options- I'll start least expensive to most expensive
1- (free) go to autozone, advanced auto, oriley etc and have them delete it. If you don't read codes much then that's a good option.
2- code reader- basic ones are about $40 on Amazon or $70 at auto parts store (I have an innova 3040 that I've used on several vehicles
3- Smarty/CTS/bullydog- unit will live in cab and act as gauges (unless smarty) but will read and delete codes also. New $200+ - craigslist you may find a deal on one someone selling their truck - I run cts2 in my truck and it reads/deletes - used to do it with older EJWA
