I have installed a 97 psd & e40d into a 91 chassis & have cab, lights etc. working on 91 harness,have 97 engine & under hood harness,idm,pcm, cannot get engine to start,have installed regulated elect. fuel system. Need stand alone engine harness or info on how to wire pcm,have wiring done but will not start. NEED HELP!
