So I'm looking at buying a 1994 12v 5speed with 330,000 miles for $3,200 should I do it or dose it have to many miles?

 

Probably a little late, but I'd go for it. If the rest of the truck is in good shape and it's been maintained. There are million mile 12 valves out there still ticking away. the engines are nigh as reliable as the sun rising and setting.
