I had a guy bring his truck by my shop today and there is a quick squealing/chirching sound coming from turbo/egr area when you give it gas then is goes away has anyone have any ideas cause hes bringing to me next week to look at

 

Potentially contact of the compressor wheel to the housing? pull the intake to verify. Does the turbocharger have any shaft play?
