So I had my oil changed at the dealer last time, normally not something I do. But anyway I went to change it today and it appears they managed to cross thread the filter on. I can't get a new filter to thread on and don't want to strip out what's left of the threads trying. Hopeing to get some info on what parts I need to fix this before I go raise hell at the dealer.

 

Should be aple to remove that bolt that oil filter threads on with a Allen wrench at bottom of bolt should come out I know u can on older Cummins for fuel filter if not new oil cooler housing is needed or maybe urs is able to re thread via a tap dye
