Default Tube frame build for 6BT Wagoneer

Hey folks! Had a couple of things I wanted to explore in hopes you guys could help me out. I have been following a build that a guy did a couple of years ago 1984 Jeep Grand Wagoneer - Fullsize Diesel - Jp Magazine I wanted to do something similar, but a little different.

I have a 1988 Grand Wagoneer, a second gen 6BT, a 5r110 (5spd auto from a 06 f350), np271, dana 60, and sterling 10.5. Yes, all intended to go into the wagoneer. I was hoping to make a DD that gets decent mileage, but looks and performs like a beast

In talking to the guy that did said build, he said he would build the frame rails taller if anything to help handle the torque. He boxed it, and plated a lot, but he said it still wasn't enough. I wanted to know what kind or size of rectangular tubing you might recommend and why? I was thinking of 6"x2"x1/4" but this is my first build of this size... bombs away!

Thanks,

Jeff
