Looking to swap an HX40 onto my 12 valve. Saw one near me on Craigslist for $275 and thought that was a reasonable price. Guy was an email-only ad, so who knows if I'll ever get a response. I'm in Indy, wouldn't mind paying shipping or meeting if you aren't too far.
