Update on: Rough Idle, but not when off idle
So Where were at now. Took it to a shop, my injector flows were all over the place from 104%-89%.
What I have done to it so far is put:
60HP DragonFly Injectors all 6
New Fuel Filter
Valve Lash
CP3 Bag of parts with a new FCA
Ran 2 tanks of straight fuel and one with Diesel Clean
AND IT STILL HAS A ROUGH IDLE
Im not sure maybe crank and cam sensors or a throttle sensor?
Its not making oil or any measurable blow by
Also I dont know what the smell is when it is running but it stinks, and its not like raw diesel, Rotten Eggs, or bleach/chorine
Does anyone have any ideas?

is the smell like burning oil? if so, its the crankcase ventilation. as far as the rough idle goes,,,??? Let me give it some thought. Any codes? maybe sucking some air from a loose fitting? Keep us posted.
ive had a rough idle from a bad fca. i know you have a new one but how new? do you still have the old one? id try switching them. is the engine louder than normal when idleing? might watch rail pressue. what kind of fuel economy do you have and also what kind of programmer/chip?
I do have the FCA, I might see what it does switching back. The engine does seem a little louder I thought it was just me though. And It isnt chipped or tuned, besides what I have just done it is bone stock.
