Default removing the high idle screw

Hey guys, I've heard of people removing the high idle screw and I have a few questions... will it give me better throttle response? Are there any risks involved with removing it? Should I do it?

Removing will allow you to rev higher, and will not break anything. Look into a gov spring for more rev beyond that, and better throttle response.
