Will a 7.3 injector pump work on a 6.9

I have a 84 6.9 will a 7.3 injector pump work on it or only 6.9 parts?

Yes ther the same pump .. the 73 pump will have a higher fuel Delivery (CC's)... It can be a issue as this would have to be turned down to run correct and not smoke like a freight train ..
