I went to flying j and I didn't think about it at that time I pulled into the pumps and put 10 gals. of what I thought was diesel in to my dodge the price was 5.00 a gal the truck ran good iwas wondering if I put 10 gals.of def or a blend of def and diesel will this hurt the engine

 

Oh yes, very much so! DEF is water based, and water is death for a fuel system.

 

ok im straightened out on def filling , its my fault, I didn't know that there was 2 filling handles and that I would have had to select the def and press the yellow button to start filling wow im glad that I got to the bottom of this problem
