I took a harmonic balancer off of a 2001 1.9 tdi and turned grooves into the back of it on the lathe to slide over the v belt pulley on the Kubota crank. Then I took the power steering pulley off the same engine and cut out the center on the lather to slide over the water pump pulley and welded it on. I used the ford alternator and made a custom mount where the Kubota alternator would have been mounted, then I mounted the ac compressor off that. I have a vacuum pump off a 6.5 Detroit diesel found in the early chevy diesels. I have more updated pictures to come of the finish accessory mounts with the power steering pump, idler and tensioner to come. Like I said if there's interest I will keep updating, I'm taking lots of pictures along the way

looks good. what size did you drill and tap your crankshaft nose too? I was too wary to take mine past 1/4". Are you only supporting your ac compressor from the top 2 mount bolts in your pic?

I don't know about other v2203's but mine had splines sticking out the end of the crankshaft on the front to run a hydraulic pump or something I'm assuming in another application. So I threaded it out to 1/2" (I know everything else is metric I'm just old school) and I have enough meat left I'm not too worried about it.
No this isn't the finished product I just don't have recent pictures up yet. In the pictures above the power steering pump isn't even mounted yet. I've since added more support to everything including an extra bracket for the AC compressor and the belt tensioner.
I'm waiting on my adapter plate coming from Gaines12 then I'm ready to bolt it in. I'd say I'm making pretty good progress so far, better than I thought I was going to do anyways.

.5", would be great. You realky think you have enough side wall left in the crank nose. I went with a grade 8 quarter inch bolt. I hope it will be ok, it is all in tensuon. So far. Mine is holding up ok for the few test runs . Your lower radiator hose looks tobe a challenge. Mine was..
Did you get a turbo yet?

Still looks good

Do you have any close up pics of your crankshaft pulley installed?

Ya I think it will hold up just fine. My engine came with a lower rad hose that was like a 180 degree bend in it that I think will come in handy.
I got a turbo off a 1.9 tdi right now but it was one of those ugly things built right onto the exhaust manifold so I don't think I'll use it. I found a brand new oem k03 for sale I got him down to 375 what do you think

Yes keep the updates coming! It looks like that's a late model Ranger in the background, is that the rig it's going in? The Ko3 is a good choice, doesn't sound like that's bad price for a new OEM one.

That's the rig an 01 xlt 4x4. I will keep updating then. Probably try and pick up that turbo this weekend. Where's everyone running their turbo drains?

Here is my valve cover. I used a hole saw to cut out a hole then a hacksaw blades to put two notches in it to accept an oil cap from an 87 350 sbc. I just kept taking a bit of material off the top till it was flat, sealed and tight.
