I have a 1991 6.2 with a banks turbo under hard take off or pulling a trailer up hill it seems like it pops completely looses power and ability to build boost. At first I thought it had a blowoff valve but that is not the case. If I shut the truck off and start it up its fine. Is there some kind of safety or something im missing. Any help would be great I love the truck but its driving me crazy
