My truck was swapped to a 5 spd from an auto its great! Just a little complication getting the ignition to work because it was an automatic. You need to pull up on a bar in the left of the steering wheel?

The **** on the transmission is metric 10-1.5mm I think.

W350-4X4, bar on the left side of steering wheel? I am confused.

You need to jump the neutral safety switch, or connect it like it should be to the clutch pedal. I could not find one so i made a shifter, turned down a piece of 3/4 bar stock, drilled and tapped it and put a couple bends in it and bingo a shifter our of scrap!
