Default Need help with a fueling package

Looking for input on what size fuel plate, injectors, DVs, pump springs and lift pump to run.

Currently thinking Im going to use DFI 5x12s, AD150, and a 100 plate

Engine:

160HP 12v - 1996 Variety
colt stage 3 cam (60lb springs, fancy keepers and tappets and etc)
18* pump timing
Head studs
HX52 under a 40/35 hybrid (steedspeed mani)

Im shooting for 550/600HP, engine is backed up by an nv4500 (I know...) SB dual disc and a 11.5" AAM axle. Truck will be a 1990 D250.

If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. Any pump mod suggestions would be useful as well. Apologies if Ive left anything out.

for the pump you listed make sure you get the AD150 with the 40psi upgraded spring, personally I would go with a 5x.014 injector the plate you listed and a set of 5k springs.

Bump the timing up more and get a bigger primary than that hx52 a s475/83/1.1t6 would be a great choice.

Might wanna get a Drive pressure guage on those turbos ... it will let ya know when your tapped out ... I think your HX52 is way too small ...

I have a friend who has a 4BT with a 35/40 and a HX55 and its too much back pressure @ 490 Hp ... and thats a 4 cly engine ... your gonna need to open that set to make any good #'s with ...

I've heard from 4 people now that the turbos are too small. Im noticing a pattern I cannot ignore. *damn it*

I have a brand new BWs475 (75/91/1.32) sitting in the garage, would that make a significant difference???? maybe sit it on a complete hx40?

should be a 96 exhaust wheel not a 91 on your trubo listed ... and if that is your only other option it will work just fine with your 35/40. Make sure to drill out the wastegate on the 35/40
