I've got a 94.5 ford and I changed the hoop put in a terminator 500 in it. The truck ran fine before. Then after it runs like crap. I've checked for air in the system. Have ran it hard for over 100 miles so the air is all bleed out. The symptoms are it's slow starting/ no start, rough idle and rough running, and no boost while driving. I've sent the IDM off to get it checked and it's good. I've also changed the CPS. I'm out of ideas on what could cause the truck to run fine before then after the swap run bad. It could be the pump but I don't know.

 

I think I asked but the pump is for a 95 right?

 

Ya it is I'm pretty sure. Everything hooked up just fine but I'm starting to think that they might of accidently sent me one for a 96 but I wouldn't think so. I'm jus trying to figure out why I have no boost either that's why I'm kinda ruling out that it's the pump cause I had it before then all of a sudden I lost it.

 

Hows turbo play ive seen 7.3s act like this with turbo in and out play where the wheel starts to get ate up

 

A 96+ pump will bolt up but it let's the pressure bleed off and causes long starts. If you think its the pump email joey and talk to him. He has great customer service.
