Default oil pan and oil cooler problem

I bought this truck thinking it was just rear main seal leak turns out it was oil pan leak mechanic said it would be 2700 to fix so I decided to do it myself ive started the tear down process to pull the motor and when I drained coolant it had oil in it my guess was the oil cooler but not exactly sure yet also what type of gasket do I use on the oil pan?

Riff Raff sells a gasket but ford uses sealant instead of a gasket

For future reference 99% of time rear mains in 7.3s never leak
