I have bought a new trans nv4500 to replace the one toasted I am going to do the swap at my work wich is 27 miles away I drained the oil out of old tranny to diagnose and found only 1 quart of oil and a lot of misery, since I am replacing tranny would it be ok to put somekind of oil in it besides what is recomended hate to burn 100.00 for oil for a oneway trip or try to haul it there. any imput anyone .ps only bearing noise no clunking .
