cool 1999 turbo D

my truck is taking off at high speeds on the road , then drop down to a crawl. of 15mph, i can pull over sit for min. then it will run like hit dog. then send me back on the side of the road .. this 1999 chevy express cargo van

Honestly, your lack of grammar sucks. A problem can only be solved by either pure luck or by completely understanding the problem. With that said, I don't entirely understand your problem. With this limited explanation of your problem, there could be a multitude of culprits. Have you applied any problem solving skills to try and isolate the issue, or at least narrow it down. Your problem could be a simple to change, cheap to buy fuel filter, or it could be an expense PMD.

Please explain your problem better.
