Just picked up a 2011 finnaly replaced the 05 with way to many miles on it , Should I be installing a secondary lift pump, will it help these as much as the older ones. and witch would be the best programmer to install to get rid of the dpf and reductant fluid any help would be apreciated thanks

 

Lift pump will help (even on a stock truck), especially if you plan tuning hot tunes. It'll help keep rail pressure and extra filtration is good.

As for tuning, a lot of guys are running EFI live now. A simple H&S will allow you to delete though (I have one up for grabs if you're interested in that route).

You can get delete tuning on EFI live just have to look for it!
Do all the normal mods and your good to go. Love my efi live. However im not deleted.

 

A lift pump is going to help the cp4 Live a longer healthier life. Also if you end up going with aggressive tuning, it would be needed to supply the high fuel demands in the tune.
