Default 6.2 Diesel in my '99 Cherokee XJ

Okay, in a previous post I was setting out to do a Mercedes OM603 swap into my Cherokee but, like many projects, budget considerations trump all else.
With that said I decided to go instead with a 6.2 swap. I found a great running '93 GMC 1500 with a dead 4L60E for cheap (will be going with a 700R4 anyway) and promptly pulled the engine and set it into the Jeep engine bay hanging on the Jeep mounts just to see. It is definetely tight but I was pleasntly surprised to see that the front end didnt drop half as much as I would've thought - maybe an inch or so difference from the rear height. Obviously, the tranny will add to it but I'm thinking maybe a set of V8 GC springs will fit the bill.
The Cherokee was 4WD but I dont have a need for 4WD here so everything but the rear end was pulled and a straight front axle installed. I've since torn the 6.2 down to inspect - block looks good and heads will be sent to machine shop. Crank will go out for checking/polishing.
As far as install goes I know the hydraboost brakes will have to go in for clearance. The steering gear fluid lines rise up several inches and contact the power steering pulley so I'm thinking some 90 degree fittings and a 5" pump pulley should free up space there.
I need some input as far as cooling goes so any ideas there are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!

IDI diesels need a HUGE radiator. The pre-combustion chambers dump a lot of heat into the heads.

Chev radiators are about 36"wide and 20" tall. Most of the Ford diesel rads are about 30" square. See what you can squeeze in there. There's always custom aluminum ones too.
