TORN Between 2
I have a choice to make...SOON!
On one side I have a 1985 300d Euro Non-turbo with 78k miles(Converted from KM) on it. for $1300, one owner, paint and body are Great and only has on small tear in drivers seat and is about 3 minutes from my house. It is cloth seats.
On the other hand, I have a 1981 300d TD that needs paint, and 2 inside door handles, has 234,000 miles, no dents or rust, needs rear tires, has Leather seats, and is $1900 and an hour drive away.
Would I be better to get the 81 over the 85? It will be driven for work only and it is mostly hwy miles.
