What is your opinion on a 2001 chevy silverado duramax 220,000 miles. Injectors replaced. No leaks. Only issue is temp sensor. Should I buy for 9000 ????

 

check out the front end good for play or slack. I have to rebuild mine about once a year. otherwise if you think that it's in good shape it might be worth that. I had a car salesman friend book an 01 cclb 4x4 w/ 230k mi. not long ago and he said it was worth 8000 or so depending on condition.

why do you have to rebuild the front end that often??

 

i'm hard on everything.I drive about 25,000 miles a year, all of the roads in this part of the country are rough, so that doesn't help, but i drive in pastures a lot also and i have a ranch hand bumper replacement on the front. All of this helps to accelerate the rate of wear on the parts. I have moog lifetime warranty parts in the whole thing now so at least i don't have to buy the parts now.

 

ah yeah that's all I use is moog. I was gonna say I thought that sounded a little too often
