Default 95 f350 starting issues

Hey y'all, still dealing with starting issues on my truck. But I've made progress. I just need to figure out this last piece to the puzzle . So here we go, it won't start but it will crank. You spray a shot of ether, it will fire up and run. Had it idling for 30 minutes the other day then shut it off. Went to restart, no start. I took the fuel filter cap off and turned the key on, its not cycling fuel. Why will it start with a shot of ether and stay running for a long period of time with no problems but won't start normally? I don't have a scanner and the local shop wants a lot of $$$$ just to look at it. I'm more of a "work on my own **** and learn" kinda Guy any ideas are much appreciated! Btw I've replaced the weak starter with a new one, new fuel filter and anti gel fluid in the tanks!

Is it electric fuel? It sounds like an ICP issue, either pay them to scan it or buy your own

It has an hpop. Thinking that's bad. Have a guy coming tomorrow to scan it, hopefully. Will update with more info then.

All 7.3 and 6.0s have an hpop. How many miles are on it?

Hey Joe Bob, got a lot more info on my truck. We scanned it, it came back with code po344 cam position sensor. We replaced it, truck fired up. Let it run and it died 10 min later just idling. We rescanned it and the Cps code was gone but it had codes po476 exhaust pressure control valve, po475 fault in exhaust pressure, 1280 icp circuit out of range, po605 icm error. We have it running again, just waited 10 minutes and it started. Has been running for 30. I would like to note that the truck only has a downpipe on it right now, so that might be the reason for the exhaust pressure codes. It has 315,000 miles.

The exhaust codes are fine, they are very common. The icp could be because its low but need to read it as your driving. Not sure what would cause the idm code

The idm code? I can't really drive it because I don't know how long until it will die on me and where. AutoZone doesn't sell the icp. Know anywhere to get one?

I do not have anyone I could borrow an idm from around here, unfortunately. That's injector driver module, right? I've read so many other forums on this same problem and my head is spinning. I'm missing out on a lot of work without my truck. I have a guy bringing a scanner back again tomorrow afternoon. What should I be writing down to tell you? Or anyone for that matter. I'll check around for a working idm. And I'll check Ford and international for the icp part.
