first real cold start ?
I just replaced all injectors glow plugs and turned my pump up a flat started good in the garage several days in a row cold moved her out side and next day np start weather is freezing here at -4 wind chill -25 is it the cold or the truck?
I didn't see any but I ingadged the glow plugs three times and put a batterie charger on it cranked for a few min fired up let her run for about 20 min sounded good drove 2 miles spit a little bit and died had her towed home don't know what the bill is going on I'm putting a electric pump on her now eliminating the old Manuel one

C), while winter blends of diesel fuel #2 and fuel #1 (kerosene) can typically handle temperatures down to -4 degrees F to -20 deg. F. But some "winter" blends may gel at higher temperatures if it contains too much #2 diesel and not enough #1 (say around 18 to 20 degrees F).

i have been running power service 911 additvie to keep the fuel from gelling up but i cant remember if i added any at the last fill up i may not have , yes i do hear them cycling i am doing the electric pump tonight plan to finish it in the am i also added some 911 to the fuel hopefully thats it
yeah get some 911 in ur tank and allow it to sit for a bit then if u can oulk it in somewhere where it can ungel over night ..... keep up on the911 or howes fuel lubricator ..... something to help ...
I got it out of the cold added some 911 and electric pump started and seems to be running good so far but scared to drive her to far yet going to try to get the front end changed out not sure what all I'm going to need but I'm going to give it a go

Here's a funny question...how old are your return lines? and how many miles on injection pump, and injectors. I had to turn down the fuel screw on my ip cause it was dumping to much in (I was a rolling cloud 
) and now have a harder cold start, may be your problem
