winter only problem codes

winter only problem codes
It seems an intermittent prob shows up during the winter--three codes are shown
po116--engine coolant temp
po181--fuel temp
po700--trans control
can feel it starting to happen by shift points changing
when the engine light comes on, shifting has to be 'forced' and the cruise control stops working----and then one day everything starts working ok!!
other than intake/exhaust stock 2006 Dmax with Allison
any ideas appreciated--thanks
