Default Front End Alignment Question

I been installing new tie rod ends today and have a question about getting the steering wheel straight in the truck. Which turn buckle is it that you adjust to line the steering wheel up, the Main tie rod or the drag link.

I just got used to the steering wheel center section being up and down instead of across. I'm tryin to hold off untill I get the rest of the front end re-built before I actually take it in to get it allingned at the shop.
