12 Valve Head
where is the best place to get one that's a "core" i can take to the machine shop to get built and have ready as a backup so there will be very little downtime when my headgasket blows? i've looked on e-bay and found a couple but figured someone might be parting out a truck or know someone who has a spare sitting around..... i'm in the southeast so local is prefered....

I googled the 12V head & found several places in the south.
I don't remember them all but Fla & Ala seem to come to mind.
They had prices of about $650-675, some were higher.
