Default 6.0 turbo
Would a 6.0 turbo gain me any power? Because All I've got is a ts 6 position exhaust and intake. If it's not a good alternative then what is the best for an almost stock truck?

No, the 6.0 turbo is VGT the stock turbo is not. You have no way to control the turbo without a lot of work and money.

The stock turbo is a good alternative to the 6.0 turbo.

So there's no other turbo that's better than the stock one for what it is right now?

You can get a better turbo. Look at a banks turbo. Just cant use a vgt turbo because you cant control the vanes

All banks is, is the wheel that comes in an obs and a housing.
If you sent putting injectors in it leave it alone. Your just wasting money
